Collaborative reflection: Professional development among friends across contexts

This inquiry presents an illustrative case of three teacher educator researchers’ collaborative reflection process using the transcript a virtual meeting. The researchers are long-term friends and colleagues working in different university contexts United States. is presented analyzed to illuminate how triad facilitates one another’s professional development engages sustainable self-study research. Self-study tenets collaboration, reflection, critical friendship delineated demonstrated through excerpts from transcript. Conclusions recommendations offered for educators who hope establish maintain similar partnerships focused on promoting healthy productive professional/personal relationships while also improving education.
